• Project cost (187 million SAR)
• Responsibilities
- Reviewing and approve the shop-drawings and revising the material submittals.
- Supervision at site of the mechanical activities such as Domestic and sewer water networks and HVAC systems, and Fire protection
- 285 villas complex, sewer water treatment plant, commercial building all these under our supervision
- Prepare the reports to client and handover according to the project documents and specifications
- Selecting the suitable equipment and brands with co-ordination with the client

• Responsibilities
- Conduct site inspections to ascertain standards and mechanical Quality are being met.
- Supervision at site of the mechanical activities such as Domestic and sewer water networks and HVAC systems, and Fire protection

In addition to preparing the punch & snag list and following these points with the contractor to finalize and handover the project to the client KSU.
• 3 Projects :
1. King SAUD University (KSU)- Girls Campus project (over 8 billion SAR )
The project is divided into 11 zones which cover a built-up area of approx. 1, 000, 951 sq-m with 70 separate structures.
2. Sports Campus project (720 million SAR)
The sports campus includes an arena with 10, 000 seats for spectators suitable for both athletics, to international standards. Other facilities in the campus include a 50m Olympic standard swimming pool, with separate diving and 25m training pools
3. KSU Football Stadium (370 million SAR)
The new stadium is compliant with the specifications of football's major governing authorities, including FIFA.The new stadium has 21, 800 seats for general viewers, plus several seats for VIPs and special enclosures for the members of the royal family

supervision of the junior mechanical site engineers in one team, Reviewing MEPs drawings and specifications, Examining & accepting resources samples offered by suppliers and presenting them both owner &consultant, Attending& conducting regular meetings with MEP staff and following up on points discussed, Supervising MEP subcontractors and solve all their problem

Assistant of the electromechanical manager & Site engineer in erection of HVAC system & piping network is in my scope of work& chilled water pumps & installation of boilers

on installation of the Fire Protection, HVAC and plumbing network for the Fairmont Heliopolis hotels
