Analyze the weekly production plan sent from the production planning department and calculate the required manpower for injection and packaging and machine capacity. Communicate with production planning to determine the trail machine and the trial time for the new molds or material testing. Ensure achieving production targets and ensure zero drop sales. Supervise handling of production output to warehouse and document delivered quantities. Ensure compliance with safety standards and reports any anticipated safety risk or safety standard violation. Provide technical support, advice, and knowledge and technicians to achieve production standards.

Leading the lines startup 3 lines (Flat wafer, Rolled wafer, Cookies) and monitor the existing wafer line Collaborate with other function i.e. Quality &food safety, Safety, Maintenance, Engineering, Supply chain/ logistics and commercial, to ensure consistent product quality, safety, productivity and reliability. Set and agree on annual CAPEX to meet the targets. Monitor and control line's waste to achieve the targeted MUV. Achieve the required adherence and OEE for assigned lines. Ensure safety and health regulations are met. Monitor and control production parameters to meet 95% of know-how audits Report to production manager and supervise junior engineers Follow up autonomous maintenance activities and communicate with involved departments for best added value. Participate in conducting trail and industrial testes of new types of packaging materials, raw materials and finished products. Assess manufacturing operations staffing and skills requirements, develop plans to address needs.

Working as process and operation engineer responsible for: Achieving 100 % of the production plan allocated for each line while following predetermined Quality and Safety standards. Allocates day to day manpower on different functions on the production lines and solving any rising attendance issues. Reviews and monitors production reports and prepares productivity analysis accordingly (including downtime analysis and efficiency analysis). Directs production process per line and prepare production schedules. Coordinates with the Maintenance department on the implementation of maintenance schedules so as not to disrupt production targets. Recommends preventive maintenance initiatives to maintenance team based on machinery performance supervision. Responsible for implementation of changeover process in accordance to the production plan Monitoring waste rates, production scrap analyzing root causes and suggesting means to reduce waste, Perform periodic inventory checks to control waste and (MUV) material usage variances.
