Turnaround management, planning and execution, major shutdowns planning, supervising and

execution, Troubleshooting, diagnostics, revamp, and major overhauling in static equipment and Piping

System.
Preventive/Corrective Predictive Maintenance of static and Piping System, Heat Exchangers, Valves,
Boilers, Tanks, Vessels, Distillation Towers, waste heat boilers, Cooling Towers, PSVs, steam traps,
Reformers, catalyst exchange, Loading Arms and Cryogenic piping components. Follow all operational and safety procedures to allow a safe and smooth transition from plant construction to commissioning and start-up phases

Supervises the activities of assigned technicians in Mechanical Static Equipment Maintenance discipline according to company maintenance procedures and scheduled ensuring that work objectives and programs are implemented.  

Lead contractors to execute the required plans.

Manage Work Shop and General Maintenance activities (piping Fabrication and repair, Painting and Insulation, Refractory repair, civil activities and for supporting all maintenance disciplines activities through performing Special tasks:, Lifting Operations, Scaffolding, Excavation, ..etc


Identify outsource support and materials when required.

Behave with high commitment to follow the system for reporting; investigating;; lessons-learned; and follow-up for all Mechanical Static Equipment Maintenance activities, with primary focus to undesired incidents and accidents.

Responsible for critical maintenance and troubleshooting activities to increase equipment availability and also to achieve reliability.

Be part of the team for establishing a Mechanical Static Equipment Preventive, Predictive, and Corrective Maintenance Programs.

Carry-out Mechanical Static Equipment field maintenance activities according the maintenance best practices following approved procedures.

Execute shutdowns and turnarounds activities whether programmed or unexpected.


Ensure all static equipment required manuals, detailed drawings, maintenance procedure, and Documentations are in place.

Periodically Review spare parts to ensure correct spares are ordered and delivered with accepted quality.

Ensure availability of Proper and adequate tools (both conventional and special) to perform all Maintenance programs in a safe and efficient way. Also, to ensure periodic inspection program is in place and executed properly to guarantee the integrity of all used tools.

To follow up all PM and CM activities through CMMS, MAXIMO SYSTEM

To prepare all repair procedures according to codes and standards

Maintenance Engineer
(Rotating & Static) Equipments Operation and Maintenance in PVC Plant
Perform daily check for all equipment in the PVC unit and take any desired corrective and preventive maintenance to increase the reliability of the equipment(pumps, compressors, rotating valves, reactors..)

training to be a mechanical maintenance engineer by taking technical courses and applaying what we take duing 6 months of training

2. On Job Training (from 7/8/2011 until now).
Joining Spanish Egyptian Gas (SEGAS) Mechanical maintenance team as Mechanical Maintenance Engineer (Practical Part)
 To perform mechanical maintenance related activities including preventive and corrective maintenance schedule that is to optimize the reliability & availability of the equipments considering the plant operation & safety.
 To follow up the preventive and corrective maintenance activities done by outsource contractor (EMC Global Company) according to a pre-set schedule.
 Ability to extract daily Permit To Work, and familiar with Computerized Maintenance Management System CMMS ( OCEAN).
 Trying hard to learn and gain all work ethics we need.

In the TCI SANMAR Chemicals Company (Cable Tray Supports Project)
• Project site Engineer (construction Engineer). (3/3/2010 until 10/1/2011).
Responsible for:
 Supply & Erection and Painting for Structural Supports for Electrical Cable tray.
 Supervision on (welders & painters and helpers).
 Extract monthly bill & voucher material delivery and daily reports.
 Requests required for the project.
In the DSD Company (Sand Blasting & Painting project).
• Quality Control Engineer. (3/2/2010 until 28/2/2010)
