Responsible for critical maintenance and troubleshooting activities to increase equipment availability and also to achieve reliability.

Be part of the team for establishing a Mechanical Static Equipment Preventive, Predictive, and Corrective Maintenance Programs.

Carry-out Mechanical Static Equipment field maintenance activities according the maintenance best practices following approved procedures.

Execute shutdowns and turnarounds activities whether programmed or unexpected.


Ensure all static equipment required manuals, detailed drawings, maintenance procedure, and Documentations are in place.

Periodically Review spare parts to ensure correct spares are ordered and delivered with accepted quality.

Ensure availability of Proper and adequate tools (both conventional and special) to perform all Maintenance programs in a safe and efficient way. Also, to ensure periodic inspection program is in place and executed properly to guarantee the integrity of all used tools.

To follow up all PM and CM activities through CMMS, MAXIMO SYSTEM

To prepare all repair procedures according to codes and standards
