• Serve as the primary source of information about Airways Aviation, to know more about the admissions process, requirements, training programs, cost, duration, for prospective students, sponsors, and families.
• Identifying new sales and marketing channels and recruitment activities.
• Handling Social Media Platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn …).
• Ensure formulating an adequate, reasonable, rich & sellable product before launching.
• Build relations with civil aviation authorities in the Middle East, Gulf region, and North Africa.
• Marketing Airways Aviation training courses in 13 different countries across the MENA and Europe.
• Work with management to recommend and create innovative sales plans based on market needs.
• Build a two-years estimated financial income/expense plan.
• Analyze the applications of prospective students based on standard admission policies.
• Perform orientation programs, educational workshops and build relations with Educational institutions and Governments from the MENA region.
• Follow-up with students for any inquiries through 121 meetings, live chat, phone calls and emails.
• Advice students about the programs offered, admission procedure, eligibility, and costs involved.
• Provide up-to-date and creative recruitment activities.
• Organize information sessions "locally and regionally" to promote the Academy's training programs.
• Arrange orientation programs, educational workshops and graduate programs across the MENA
• Develop innovative communication strategies, recruitment strategies and enrollment plans in coordination with senior management to attract and enroll more students.
• Maintain a database of student information, telephone logs and student feedback to generate student reports Via CRM - Salesforce.
• Assist in recruiting and training new staff members
• Establish relationships with educational consultants, school officials, sponsors and parents of national and international students.
Covering the areas of Jordan-Iraq-Syria- UAE- Oman &Lebanon, running all sales and marketing operations of Educom Overseas, organizing quarterly workshops and events, recruiting and training staff in Lebanon, Syria, Turkey &Iraq (Erbil), find new business opportunities and secure an ongoing business relationship with all stakeholders.
- Sell study abroad programs with different values to individuals and institutions.
- Contacting available media channels and placing adverts in the local newspapers, TV stations, Radios, sending mass e-mails & supervising the design and content of our printable marketing materials.
- Connect with centers, schools, colleges and universities in the Middle East and Gulf and build strong relations with embassies, ministries social service offices and scholarship providers.
- Ensure meeting the company yearly sales targets.
- Locate new potential markets and adopt new sales strategies.
