- Review and submit all Sub-contractor's submittals, Suppliers e.g.
Shopdrawings, materials, RFI, V.O's, etc.
- Supervision All Mechanical Activities- site works
e.g. Plumbing, Fire protection, Irrigation, Fuel
system, Exterior Fountains, Utility storm and
drainage connections /Infrastructure / and Solar
Heating system.
- Reply all Correspondences Letters as per contract
matrix and attended all related MEP meetings .
- Lead PL-FF staff /Mechanical Staff/ e.g. Site
Engineers, Mechanical inspectors in supervision
contractor activities .
- Create and submit all required report to Project
director .

1- Receive Project Document (B.O.Q, BUDGET,
SPECS, DRAWINGS) from Engineering
Department, review and comment it if any.
2- Lead PL& F.F Team and share in Preparation of
Submittals and drawings.
3- Review Consultant Comments and advice the
team.
4- Design FIREIFHGITNF SYSTEM and prepare
Calculation for KFD/KFF submission and follow
up with KFD/KFF Engineers Till we get their
approval.
5- Prepare all Variation Orders with the team . 6- Review and approved all Purchase Orders. 7- Review Construction Plan (Manpower, Tools &
Materials) and support The team. 8- Preparing the work plan for a full year for all
mechanical projects / Plumbing and firefighting
works / ongoing and newly built projects
according to the requirements of each project in
terms of materials, labor and logistical
requirements.
9- Attend during FAT& SAT of PL&F.F systems at
Projects .
10- Control Projects Budget during all stages of
projects construction.
11- Participate with senior management in
developing work strategies for projects and a
comprehensive work plan for all projects and
participate in reviewing prices for projects
under pricing.

1- Review Tender Documents and Prepare All Shop
drawings, materials submittals for PL&F.F Works. 2- Review and reply Consultant Comments for all
submission.
3- Submit MR for all required materials and follow
up with procurement dept. till receive it at site. 4- Inspect all delivered materials and approve it by
Consultant formally.
5- Prepare All required tools, Manpower to execute
work as per CPM.
6- Make the required Consultant inspections
formally.
7- Prepare Fire fighting documents and submit to
KFD/KFF for their review and approval. 8- Follow staff and manpower and assure all works
executed as per Accepted Quality .
9- Follow up with KFD/KFF Engineers during their
site inspections. 10- Prepare All required documents for Handing
over PL&F.F Systems and Equipment for
Consultant/Client.

1- Prepare All Shop drawings, materials submittals
for PL&F.F Works.

3- Follow up with maintenance Team all locations and
sites for their activates.

1- Share in the design with Sr. Design Engineer for
Government Project( Wellspring, drill, Operation &
maintenance, Pump station, etc…). 2-Member in Technical committees for Projects
design, Operation and maintenance.
