• Working for the (Client) Kuwait Oil Companys Maintenance Support and Reliability (S&EK) Team - Materials and Services Section II, as a supplied Manpower under Maintenance Project Contract Condition Monitoring and Preventive Maintenance of Production Facilities in South and East Kuwait Areas
• Execute material and service agreement management operations, including handling technical queries, facilitating follow-ups, coordinating, and expediting requisitions between the User Team (Site), Inventory, and Purchasing Team (Procurement). Ensure the prompt and efficient delivery of materials to the Kuwait Oil Companys Warehouse/Site.
• Perform technical evaluations in collaboration with end-users for received bid documents, including datasheets, general arrangement drawings, catalogs, and other supporting documents relevant to Kuwait Oil Company standards. Ensure strict adherence to international standards including American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) B31, B36, B16 and BPV Code Section II, VIII, IX & XIII, American Petroleum Institute
(API) Specification 6D, 5L, 600, 609, 610, 520 and 526, Manufacturers Standardization Society (MSS) SP-97, Tubular Exchange Manufacturers Association (TEMA), National Association of Corrosion Engineers (NACE) MR0175 and MR0103 among others. This process contributes to successful vendor selections and enhances overall project/activity outcomes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess and recommend materials in alignment with Kuwait Oil Company standards, ensuring adherence to international material standards including, but not limited to, American Society of Testing and Materials
(ASTM), American Iron and Steel Industry/Society of Automotive Engineers (AISI/SAE), Unified Numbering System (UNS), European Standards (EN) and Japanese Industrial Standards (JIS). This process contributes to improved project/activity efficiency and cost effectiveness.
• Generate new items (Catalog ID) within the Kuwait Oil Companys Computerized Maintenance Management System (IBM Maximo - eBEAMS) in response to Work/Service Requests for new projects, Management of Change, and other requirements for new and existing processing plants (Gathering Centers). Ensure adherence to established detailing conventions and classification/specification schemes.
• Revise existing items (Catalog ID) in the Kuwait Oil Companys Computerized Maintenance Management System (IBM Maximo - eBEAMS) in response to Work/Service Requests for changes and updates, including adjustments to part numbers, models, etc. This applies particularly to spare parts for rotary equipment and instrumentation items. Additionally, rectify description mismatches for any proven discrepancies to ensure the accuracy of the inventory.
• Provide technical support to teammates, assisting in problem-solving and addressing internal queries to ensure the prompt resolution of technical issues and maintain smooth operations.
• Create bi-monthly reports on the Optimum Utilization of Material Reservations which will be distributed to end-users across Kuwait Oil Companys South and East Kuwait areas. This process ensures the efficient and effective utilization of materials.
• Report directly to the Senior Engineer to ensure the seamless execution of tasks and
alignment with the departments goals and objectives.

• Ensure standard and accurate trouble diagnosis/repair procedures in accordance with Toyota’s Repair Manual & Technical Information, covering mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems.
• Prepare and collect non-contaminated data necessary for warranty service requests and for the compilation of field technical reports to be submitted to Toyota Motor Corporation Japan.
• Manage job control and lead the team of around 20 Technicians based on daily workload, utilizing the Toyota Kuwait’s SAP Dealer Business Management Module for effective task coordination.
• Prepare quotations utilizing Toyota’s Electronic Parts Catalog System, aligning with confirmed technician inspection and diagnosis reports. Incorporate standard labor values to ensure accurate and reliable estimates.
• Review job orders to ensure the inclusion of necessary criteria and provisions in quality and process execution plans.
• Initiate pre-quality inspection for every job, conducting visual assessments and adhering to SOPs before handing over vehicles for final inspection and test-drive.
• Promote and enforce quality standards, inspection processes, test methodology, quality plans, documents, and reports.
• Ensure the work and production safety of technicians and everyone in the workplace.
