I was assigned to execute civil & arch . works as Section engineer for sub - structure, super - structure, finishing works and following up other works related to all parts of the projects stage
I was assigned to execute civil & arch . works as construction manager for sub - structure, super - structure, finishing works and following up other works related to all parts of the projects stage .
I was assigned to excute civil & arch . works as senior site engineer for sub - structure, super - structure and following up other works related to all parts of the projects stage .
Projects :
1 - ( B + G + 9 F + ROOF ) Finishes & Electro - mechanical of prince sultan cardiac center, out patient clinics, Riyadh and consist of basement floor, ground floor, 9 floor, roof floor and site plan with total area around 20500 m2
2- Medical ware house ( GROUND + MEZZANINE FLOOR ) with area total area 8000 m2 consist of steel structure & mezzanine floor and site plan
3- Construction of youth club at king salman naval support base which consist of main building with area 2700 m2 and football blayground and vollyball and basketball and site plan layout ( total area of project 24000 m2)
Main Qualifications :
• Supervising and excution all activites related to the site
• Quantity surveying
• Coordination of architectural & structural drawings
• Arranging site meetings between all parties involved in the projects (Clients, Engineers, Contractors, Subcontractor )
• Arrange payments for maincontractor and sub contractor
• Site inspection for sub-structure & Super-Structure including (footings, raft foundations, , slabs, columns, beams, & shear walls and finishing works )

Projects :
1 - Faculty of Engineering at Hail university
• It is abig project with Area around 80000 M2 and it cost 224 millons s.r
I worked his as post tension slab .
Main Qualifications :
• Supervising all activites related to the site
• Quantity surveying
• Coordination of architectural & structural drawings
• Arranging site meetings between all parties involved in the projects (Clients, Engineers, Contractors, Subcontractors )
• Site inspection for sub-structure & Super-Structure including (footings, raft foundations, , slabs, columns, beams, & shear walls and finishing works )

Projects :
1 - 58 Ground floor ware house @ jabel ali industry 1 in dubai city
2- Supervising all activities in residential building ( G + 6 ) in dubai city
3- 2B+G+2 offices and commercial building in dubai city
Main Qualifications:
• Dubai municipality approved as steel structure engineer ( G + 1).
• Supervising all activities related to the site
• Quantity surveying
• Coordination of architectural & structural drawings.
• Arranging site meetings between all parties involved in the projects (Clients, Engineers, Contractors, Subcontractors, and Dubai Municipality Inspectors).
• Site inspection for sub-structure & Super-Structure including (footings, raft foundations, , slabs, columns, beams, & shear walls).
• Ensuring that all stages of the project are complying with the Dubai Municipality regulations & Bylaws.
• Getting all kinds of NOC’s (Non Objection Certificate) from Electricity & Water from DEWA, Drainage, Etisalat, RTA (Road & Transport Authority).
