Responsibilities: -
Overseeing and planning entire log activities in the base/hospital, managing and leading of 18 log staff (Store keeper, purchaser, drivers, watchmen, maintenance agent, crowd control team), manage and follow up of inventory-assets, warehouse/store, maintenance of energy and generators, fleet, movement planning, plan and supervise the rehabilitation/construction projects in the hospital site and base, managing biomedical devices with spare parts, maintenance of facilities and premises, purchase and supply, transportation, stock management, follow up of fuel consumption and maintenance, watsan/wash activities, organize of shipments, team training and capacity building.
Responsibilities: -
Manage and follow up the following duties (assets and inventory for whole Iraq operation using ERP online system, warehouse with storekeeper using ERP online system, DRC donors and funders reporting, maintenance agent, energy, generators, fleet with drivers, vehicles maintenance and fuel consumption, procurement by processing the purchase requests and tendering of RFQ/ITB/FWA using ERP online system, contracts and archive management, admin duties via following up the premises rental and hotels booking contracts, and roving visits to Iraq DRC area offices in (Baghdad, Duhok, Suly, Mosul, Basra, Tikrit and Diyala) to assess and give training with supply chain manager to all supply chain staff in the mentioned offices, as well as I was the super user of ERP online system to do any clean up and errors related to supply chain and inventory management).
Responsibilities: Manage and follow up the following duties (Logistic assistant supervision, assets and inventory using ERP online system, warehouse management with storekeeper using ERP online system, DRC donors and funders reporting, maintenance agent, energy, generators, fleet with drivers, movements planning, vehicles maintenance and fuel consumption, procurement by processing the purchase requests and tendering of RFQ using ERP online system, contracts and archive management, shipments and tracks management, projects stock management, admin duties via following up the premises rental and hotels booking contracts, and roving visits to Iraq DRC area offices in (Baghdad, Duhok, Suly, Mosul, Basra, Tikrit and Diyala) to assess and give training with supply chain manager to all supply chain staff in the mentioned offices, security officer duties via following up the NOC and roads assessment as well as coordination between the NGO and security focal points in the work area).
Responsibilities: Manage and follow up the following duties (Logistic assistant supervision, assets and inventory using ERP online system, warehouse management with storekeeper using ERP online system, DRC donors and funders reporting, maintenance agent, energy, generators, fleet with drivers, movements planning, vehicles maintenance and fuel consumption, procurement by processing the purchase requests and tendering of RFQ using ERP online system, contracts and archive management, IT follow up by internet access control and basic software maintenance of laptops and printers as well as routers networking and configuration, admin duties via following up the office supply and stationary needs and premises/facilities maintenance, shipments and tracks management, projects stock management, security officer duties via following up the NOC and roads assessment as well as coordination between the NGO and security focal points in the work area).
Responsibilities: Manage and follow up the following duties (Warehouse staff leading, assets and inventory using ERP online system, warehouse using ERP online system, DRC donors and funders reporting, maintenance agent, energy, generators, fleet with drivers, movements planning, vehicles maintenance and fuel consumption, procurement by processing the purchase requests and tendering of RFQ using ERP online system, contracts and archive management, IT follow up by internet access control and basic software maintenance of laptops and printers as well as routers networking and configuration, admin duties via following up the office supply and stationary needs and premises/facilities maintenance.
