Flight Attendant / Cabin Crew

- Assisting the marketing manager and supporting the marketing team with marketing activities. - Providing support for marketing events and exhibitions as required. - Uploading marketing material to online libraries, internet groups and social media sites. - Updating and maintaining the marketing department's documentation and databases. - Execute company’s day-to-day social media activities, including posting to and updating its social media platforms. - Attend and staff PR and social media events as necessary. - Help curate the social media editorial calendar while also responsible for developing and creating content. - Directly engage Universal friends and fans via social media platforms, fostering conversations and relationships. - Develop and maintain relationships with key youtubers, twitter users and other social media influencers… Keep updated/current lists of those influencers across multiple categories. - Track social media program results and report on those findings, as well as assist in active “listening” to the social media community, regularly reporting on those findings. - Performs other duties as assigned.

- Attending performances and other events as required out of normal office hours.
- Supporting the overall marketing objectives of company both externally and internally.
- Reports on campaigns to ensure effective departmental communications.
- Promoting the new offers and marketing campaigns issued by the company.
- Handling all the inquiries and questions from both clients and audience by emails & phone calls.
- Assists with all store functions including scheduling, ordering, freight processing and all day-to-day store activities as directed.
- Adheres to all policies and procedures including safety guidelines.
- Maintaining a professional and friendly environment with customers, subordinates and supervisors.
- Maintaining sales floor to company standards to include recovery.
- Processing of all required reports, documents, and memos.
