• Preparing Material Requirements Planning (MRP)
• Managing purchasing requisitions using Oracle ERP
• Setting Weekly Production Plan
• Preparing Monthly Production Plan and comments that may hinder the execution of the
production plan
• Following up with Purchasing Department about situation of the required Materials
whether Raw or Packaging Materials to make all the situations ready for executing the
Master ProductionSchedule (MPS)
• Following up with Production department and monitoring execution of production plan
• Following up with Quality Control department to make sure that all the materials
whether Raw or Packaging materials have been analyzed to execute the Production plan
• Following up with Warehouse to monitor the arriving of materials whether Raw of
packaging materials and coordinate with QC for withdrawing samples and analyze it,
Coordinate with warehouse to give production department all the materials required for
the production of batches
• Following up with Quality Assurance department for Releasing Batch Records that
required for production
• Release Manufacturing orders
• Monitor inventory levels against agreed target levels with minimum stock levels
• Preparing Cost of Goods ( COGs)
• Monitor Inventory levels of Finished Goods and Prepare Reports for Them
• Preparing Monthly Plan Achievement Report
• Following up situation of new products (Pipeline products), and prepare MRP for them
and releasing manufacturing orders for them
