Duties & Responsibilities
Strategic partner to leadership, providing guidance on HR matters to support the overall success of the organization
Overseeing various HR functions
Employee engagement initiatives, employee relations and serve as a liaison between employees and management
Review and develop the recruitment process, procedures and submit periodic reports and recommendations to enhance
the area of the function
Analyse study and identify Recruitment needs and requirements
Review recruitment policies to ensure effectiveness of selection techniques
Analyse the recruitment process performance, prepare the recruitment dashboards, presents dashboards, recommends
changes to the recruitment process and implements changes
Ensure compliance with laws affect recruiting and screening functions such as national’s preference, background checks,
document collection and so forth
Track and obtain documentation, data, and forms to support process and compliance requirements
Devise plans for sourcing from different channels: internal and external database search, close hiring of candidates, coordinate with concerned employees for finalizing interviewing panels
Develop and conduct training sessions on recruiting practices for the departments
Analyse the performance of recruitment agencies, cost per hire, time to fill and recommends changes and improvements
Identify difficult job vacancies and investigates the best recruitment approach
Analyse the recruitment software
Keep the documentation of the recruitment process up to date
Monitor trends on the job market and analyses the recruitment data available in the organization
Review applications, shortlist applicants, implement selection processes, conduct interviews and where necessary
involve psychometrics tests and development canters
Study and implement the Human Resources Law - recruitment policy to ensure the rules and regulations are adhered
with government authorities
Attend career fairs for recruiting and insuring the employer branding process is highly maintained

Duties & Responsibilities
Plan and manage the short and long-term functions of the Human Resources in the Group
Responsible to manage the HR Team and ensure that work is done efficiently
Monitor and ensure that Human Recourses Policies and Procedure are followed and Implemented in the Group.
Support and uphold the values and goals of the Group concerning manpower planning, hiring & selection, employee
relations, engagement supervision and disciplinary actions
Develop creative recruitment solutions to attract appropriate levels of quality staff
Responsible for Leave Management: Prepare Annual Leave Plan and ensure proper replacement of employees and
handover during leaves
Responsible for Recruitment Management work closely with the management to arrange the manpower planning
Plan, direct, supervise, and coordinate work activities of recruitment team relating to employment, selection, employee
relations and use metrics to evaluate and improve recruitment effectiveness
Training and on-boarding of employees during induction, Induction training
Provide clear directions & support, coaching and mentoring when necessary to enable employees to achieve intended
goals & objectives
Arrange in-house & external (outsourced) training activities when necessitates
Arranging of HR budget
Responsible for Performance Management: initiate the evaluation process and provide support to line managers
Prepare needed reports if needed and requested by High Management, as well as Circular arrangements.
Work with line managers to arrange needed plans such as HR training budget, manpower planning, etc
Prepare periodic analytical reports concerning employees’ matters in the Group
Verifies and investigate any incident internally or externally related to employees’ levels

Smash & finalize prices for all types of purchasing with vendors/third parties considering the best quality & delivery time

Review, support and process performance and disciplinary actions, including corrective actions, performance
improvement plans, and terminations, in an efficient, effective and timely manner

Interpret instructions and issues arising, and then implement actions according to administrative policies and procedures
Managing employees’ files and records systems
Creating Job descriptions for all positions
Conduct Induction training & orientation for the new hiring staff
Arranging for the Organization chart of the organization
