MASCO Group is a company specialized in Construction and havening many diversified industries such as Power & Energy, Real State, Mining, Logistics, Security Safety Services, and Training Institute (OSHA, NFPA).
As a BD in charge, I am responsible for Starting up a three business units (Training Institute, Money Transfer Services and Recruitment & Operating) by handling first the feasibility studies and creating the startup action plan in additional to creating the Shared Services Division Policies and Procedures (HR, IT & Administration departments, and Procurement) and performing as the Shared Services Director.
As a Projects Manager, I was responsible for managing and controlling all Security, Safety, and Maintenance & Operations projects, regarding Projects Estimations, finance, Operations, Contracts, and third parties agreements.
E3 is a company specialized in Health industry by providing the best practice systems in Operations, Human Resources and Supply Chain.
E3 is having a consultant and operating contract for King Abdullah Bin AbdulAziz University Hospital / Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University.
As an HR consultant, I was responsible for the HR project to establish and implement the following deliverables;
HR Policy and Procedure, Work force plan and budget, Org and Job description, Recruitment and Selection, Training and Development & Employees Assessment
BAH is a holding company consisting of seven different business units (MTA Crushes & Mining, TOOR Steel manufacturing & fabrication, AQSA Trading in Electrical Generators, NATIONAL Engineering Steel fabrication, MASAKEN Real Estate Development, ZOAD industrial, ZOAD Trading). As the HR director for BAH, I am responsible for providing vision and leadership for developing and implementing HR & Admin P&Ps and functions, direct & manage HR departments cross all business unites.
As HR Consultant, I was responsible under HR transformation director for transforming the HR department for Astra Group (nine companies) to a level that aligned with the company business new strategies, objectives, requirements, and targets. The transformation team consisted of four directors for operations, IT, HR, and finance lead by a Chief Transformation Director. The project consisted of five phases, as-Is phase, situation analysis phase, recommendations phase, implementation phase, and final management phase. The exercise was on nine Astra companies spread on a wide sectors from health care, education, commercial, constructions, transportations, manufacturing, and agriculture.
As HR Implementation Manager, I was responsible for implementing and controlling HR functions aligned with the transformation project (Recruitment & Selection, Payroll, Training & Development, Benefits & Compensation, Performance Appraisal, HR Information Systems, Employee Relations, Government Relations, Manpower Distribution, Labor Laws, Medical & Social Security Insurance, Accommodations & Manpower Logistic services).
ZAHRAN is a holding company consisting of four different business units (Construction, Trading, Manufacturing and Operations & Maintenance contracting). The major business is Operations and Maintenance contracting having round 16, 000+ employees.
As HR Manager, I was responsible for Finalizing, Developing and implementing HR functions and policies, in addition of restructuring the HRD.

AEGEK is an international contracting company located in Athena - Greece, had a contract in Jordan to build two water dams for four years contract, the working environment was a multi international from all over the globe.
