Project: Tennet Germany - Borwin3, 900MW HVDC Substation
• Responsible for identifying scopes, scheduling of construction activities, engineering design reviews, coordinating engineering-construction interfaces, leading constructability reviews, and management of resources and material
• Successfully handling critical packages related to the extra-high voltage systems in entirety, helping the company gain a new area of expertise in unique and highly technological projects
• Managing complex aspects of the predominantly electrical project by devising innovative solutions for effective control and planning. The plan to manage laying 800km of cables in this large scale project was commended by both Petrofac and Subcontractor’s project management
• Leading multi-team interface and chairing meetings with construction subcontractor (DDW), partner (Siemens), equipment suppliers, and various project disciplines, resulting in effective management of the most complex activities
• Preparing and negotiating subcontract agreements in addition to managing, monitoring, and evaluating the performance of subcontractors
• Liaising with suppliers to ensure proper selection of material and equipment and to identify plausible solutions for issues arising during construction and installation

Project: ADMA - Satah Al Razboot (SARB) Field Development Project
• Planned and coordinated construction tasks at the main fabricating yard for the project, and reporting progress and issues to project management
• Coordinated multi-discipline construction activities
• Managed all aspects related to material supply and availability
• Played a focal role in directing the interface between multiple departments including project management, procurement, and construction thus ensuring quick resolution of issues and accomplishment of milestones
• Technical advisor to HR director with focus on resource planning, budget analysis and allocation, business development, rewards management, and strategic analysis

• Jurassic Project-Kuwait: Responsible for preparing design basis documents, specifications & equipment datasheets, load list, cable schedule, SLDs, system studies, purchase inquiries, and technical queries
• Led two proposals by fully managing the technical submission and commercial quoting
• Chief role in the design optimization plan undertaken by company and electrical department management which resulted in 10% reduction in costs
• Was chosen to be part of the strategy development in the department with major achievements including running feasibility studies, equipment procurement optimizations, and benchmarking exercises
• Successfully led the implementation of the first commercial database software, AVEVA Electrical, that was used successfully on Jurassic Project. Also conducted training to electrical engineers.
• Organized and Supervised a comprehensive Training Program for Electrical Interns and Graduates

• Field engineer: GSF project - QP: Responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating construction and commissioning activities
• Responsible for preparing electrical engineering deliverables including load list, cable and drum schedules, datasheets, SLDs, interconnection schedule, material requisitions, system studies, etc.
• Was in charge of reviewing vendor documents for packages and attended factory acceptance tests
• Attended graduate training program: 4-month introductory training course plus workshops on business awareness, time management, presentation skills, negotiation skills, and problem solving
