- Present dashboards, reports, and project statistics in Board meetings
- Develop delay analysis and EOT with TIA and window analysis.
- Monitor and control project’s budget, resources and cash out.
- Implement contract administration through project life cycle.
- Provide guidance, solution, and assistance to junior engineer in charge of delegating work
- Responsible of execution 6 building consist of 4 typical floors and
Basement from foundation level to deliver.
- Total company contract 224, 056, 000 L.E.
- Company scope is 29 building core and shell.
- Responsible for planning & control projects with budget more than 350, 000, 000 L.E
- Establish baseline, revised and recovery schedules
- Communicates with managers and stakeholders to improve project coordination
- Prepare a written narrative of substantial Extension of Time (EOT) Claims including all supporting Evidences with Particulars
- Preparing update schedule, progress, delay analysis and control reports.
