As a results-driven Construction Project Manager and designated Client Representative, I bridge the gap between a clients strategic vision and on-the-ground execution. My expertise lies in steering complex construction projects through their entire lifecycle—from the initial design and feasibility phases right through to successful commissioning and handover.

Acting as the client’s single point of contact and principal advocate, I ensure that design intent, budget constraints, and quality standards are meticulously maintained. By proactively managing stakeholders, consultants, and contractors, I mitigate risks early in the design phase and enforce strict compliance during execution. My ultimate goal is to deliver turnkey solutions that not only meet operational requirements but exceed client expectations upon handover.

• Currently in the team managing the KAUST Coral Restoration Initiative (KCRI), the worlds largest coral reef
restoration program, involving cuting-edge technology and strategic partnerships (NEOM collaboration).
• Manage and supervise General Contractor site activities, ensuring adherence to specifications, drawings, and
quality standards for the project.
• Coordinate between all disciplines (Civil and MEP) to maintain workflow, prevent clashes, and monitor project
alignment with the project baseline and three weeks lookahead.
• Review shop drawings submited by the General contractor, generate required client reports, and enforce all
site safety regulations and protocols.
• Managing the Main building with area of mor than 16000 SQM with infrastructure work and landscape, And
marine work (Fixed jety with pontoons) and jety control building.

• Led and managed the project execution and handover phases for the King Salman International Complex for
Maritime Industries & Services (MYDP) SA Aramco Project.
• Successfully executed 14 residential and office buildings (totaling over 50, 000 SQM) and all associated
infrastructure work (underground utilities, asphalt roads).
• Achieved project objectives by ensuring execution on time, under budget, with no health, safety,
environmental, and public relations incidents.
• Managed multi-disciplinary teams (Civil, MEP) and dealt with subcontractors and suppliers as per the project
budget and specifications.
• Facilitated installation, testing & commissioning of all MEP scopes and major commissioning of HVAC and Fire
systems within the final handing over process.

• Managed and supervised construction activities for the Jizan Economic City (Jizan Refinery & IGCC Industrial
Support Facilities) SA Aramco Project.
• Oversaw the preparation of workshops, facilities, and warehouses that serve the maintenance of the refinery
parts and equipment, from construction stage till final commissioning and handover.
• Responsibilities included Plan, Schedule, Design verification, Site supervision, and managing installation, testing
& commissioning of equipment and devices.
• Managed suppliers and subcontractors to maintain the budget and schedule.

• Executed the construction of the Aqaba Oil & LPG Terminal (AOT) for the Ministry of Energy and Mineral
Resources, built to meet Jordans demand for petroleum products and LPG imports.
• Executed concrete buildings structure and finishing for 10 Buildings (G+2), oil and gas tanks foundation
(120, 000 CBM total capacity) with all its underground facilities works.
• Managed the site team and subcontractors for daily activities within the standards, quality, and safety to satisfy
client requirements.

• Directed the design preparation and execution of Warehouses and Showrooms across all over Saudi Arabia
region (Dammam, Jeddah, Riyadh, Al Madinah).
• Managed Subcontractors and suppliers on daily basis with cost monitoring and budget control.
• Managed the facilities day to day for maintenance, expansion plans, Pest control, and government needs such
as firefighting, security, and electricity.

• Executed construction work for residential buildings (G+4) and villas (G+1).
• Executed Infrastructure works as electrical cables, water pipelines, and drainage lines underground connections
to main lines.
• Managed all the authorities and legal documents with government.
