Major Duties and Responsibilities:
•Attending Periodic Meetings with East Jeddah General (EJGH) Hospital Engineering Management Staff and Main Contractor to Coordinate, Negotiate and Follow up the service delivery of the Ongoing Projects and Capital Works of Hospital Facilities Systems, and interprets to Staff.
•Ensuring that hospital facilities meet government regulations and environmental, health, safety standards and as built and submittal approval.
•Establish and implement a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for tracking work orders, spare parts, preventive maintenance, and maintenance history of hospital facilities & equipment.
•Develops a close working relationship with clients, key stakeholders, managing agents and suppliers to ensure the end-to-end FM services are managed and delivered high quality services.
•Responding appropriately to emergencies or urgent issues as they arise and dealing with the consequences.
•Manage all facilities activities covers all technical MEP (HVAC, Plumbing & Pumps), Water treatment, Water Supply, Processing Sewage, Kitchen & Laundry equipment, Power Generators, L & M Volt Electrical equipment, UPS, Elevators, Telecommunication equipment, BMS, Medical Gas, Fire Fighting, Fire Alarm & Safety) and non-technical activities (Housekeeping, Pest Control, Irrigation, and Security Services) and ensure it performing according to agreed-upon Standards and terms.
•Direct the administrative services including procurement, purchasing, and maintaining necessary supply and equipment inventory.
•Responsible in conjunction with HR and logistic departments to ensure the availability of all necessary resources required for the field and facilities staff (+300 employees) such as tools, equipment, uniforms, transportation, housing, and procurement.
•Responsible to work with HR in recruiting, developing, and retaining highly competent operations staff and recommend salary adjustments, rewards and promotions based on employee performance.
•Advising on energy efficiency and cost-effectiveness for resources.
•Delegate relevant responsibilities / tasks to assistant engineers to achieve effective operations in the departments.
•Coordinate and Support the HSEQ Manager for deliver safely and professional facilities service through regular tours and inspection as team member of Internal Auditors Quality Management System (QMS) Team in Hospital for implementation the Standard and Regulations of (CBAHI) Saudi Central Board for Accreditation of Healthcare Institutions by supporting the preparation of evidence and the audit/accreditation process to ensure that EJGH achieve the necessary Standards.
AL Hejaz Horizon Limited for Operation and Maintenance (KSA)
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
•Attends periodic staff meetings to ascertain hospital policies, assists in their development, and interprets those policies to Staff (+200 employees).
•Plans and recommends development of physical facilities.
•Communicates regularly with all maintenance technicians, both individually and as a group, to ensure good two-way communication concerning maintenance issues of hospital facilities.
•Good dealing and coordinating with site supervisors and different nationalities of facilities and hospital staff and responding quickly to any emergency and dealing with it consequences.
•Decrease the maintenance and operation budgets by establishing and maintaining maintenance management system and preventive maintenance (PM) program for tracking work orders, spare parts and maintenance of equipment, utilities, and buildings of hospital. (HVAC, Elevators, Air Compressors).
•Coordinate and negotiate with sub-contractors to maintain cost effective and high qualities services.

•Manages and supervises team (+35 employees) in installation and maintenance of plant facilities and equipment and outsource contractors.
•Ensures that maintenance technicians are adequately trained, equipped, and motivated so that the maintenance program can be accomplished in a safe, timely, and cost-effective manner.
•Leads and directs mechanical & electrical team toward the achievement of planning and scheduling of projects.
•Coordinates with engineering staff in developing preventive maintenance programs.
•Establishes and maintains maintenance management system for tracking work orders, spare parts, and maintenance history of plant equipment.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:
•Ensures the assets are maintained as per original design for safety and operational performance.
•Ensure the provision of required Spare Parts (Local & Importation) as per the shutdown plan where our productions capacities targets were being 800, 000 sanitary ware pieces / year.
•Coordinate and negotiate with all productions dept. for shutdown plan and follow up the procurement department on the delivery of materials and critical items of spare parts and materials.
•Implementation of maintenance schedules and share the planners for setting up maintenance planning for equipment’s and follow up the work orders / for maintenance tasks.
•Leading mechanical and electrical maintenance workshops (35 persons).
•Establish and maintain a strong safety culture, team spirit and good working environment in the maintenance team through awareness periodic meeting with safety advisors.
•Ensures that all the quality documents for MEP systems for the plant facilities are being implemented for the work and safety instructions as per the standards procedures for QMS (ISO 9001-2008).
•Foreign expert's assistance to install new machines plan & implement new projects and modifications (Installation of High-Speed Plunger and RiedHammer & Swindell Dressler Kilns).

Major Duties and Responsibilities:
•Responsible for supporting the production Dept. in reaching the production quantity & quality targets by responding rapidly to any mechanical engineering problems that may interfere with smooth running of production where our production capacities targets were being 750, 000 Batteries/Year.
•Initiate the mechanical engineering jobs for the shutdown plan with internal team & contractors by planning, directing, controlling preventive and corrective maintenance works and supervising mechanical and electrical maintenance technicians (50 persons).
•Ensure the provision of required spare parts (Local & Importation) as per the preventive maintenance PM / shutdown plan through coordination, following up with procurement and inventory heads.
•A member of Internal Auditors Team for Quality Management System (QMS) for ISO / TS 16949.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
•Revise all technical reports and documentation including warranty and maintenance claims.
•Train engineers and technicians on how to use, maintain and service automotive equipment.
•Traveling every month to examine and maintain the automotive equipment of our clients.
•Monitors / manages standards stock level of spare parts and ensures that spare parts are properly received, stored, issued, and reorder.
