Head of Base responsible for a wide range of tasks, including:
-Managing the office's personnel, including hiring, training, and development.
-Overseeing the office's budget and finances.
-Ensuring that the office is properly equipped and supplied.
-Developing and supervising the implementation of activities and ensure office procedures and policies are applied.
-Providing administrative support to the base's leadership team.
-Representing the office to the public and to other government agencies.
-Develop and implement an M&E plan: work with the health organization to develop an M&E plan that outlines the specific goals and objectives of the project, as well as the indicators that will be used to measure progress. also develop a plan for collecting and analyzing data, and for reporting on the findings to the project's stakeholders.
-Collect and analyze data: collect data from a variety of sources, such as health facility records, patient surveys, and interviews with healthcare staff. analyze the data to identify trends and patterns, and to assess the project's impact on health outcomes.
-Report on findings: prepare reports on the findings of the M&E process. These reports used to inform the health organization's decision-making process, and to communicate the project's progress and impact to stakeholders.
-Provide training and support: provide training and support to the health organization's staff on M&E principles and practices. This help the organization to build its capacity to monitor and evaluate its own projects.

ô¸ Conduct field monitoring for cash transfer program.
ô¸ Monitoring tasks including field observation, ensure accurate and timely collection
of data, proper filling of data.
