Working at International Ashtar Tours from 1992 up to date in the following positions :-

 Reservation: dealing with all kinds of reservations of hotels, restaurants, busses, guides, etc for European Groups and Individuals.

 Groups Coordinator and Costumer Care Manager: taking care of the groups and individuals from arrival to departure; meeting and assisting upon arrival, checking the groups into hotels, discussing the program with them, and taking care of any other needs of clients on daily basis.

 Marketing: Coordinating advertisement campaigns with company’s office in Germany; through advertising on the internet and using telemarketing. As an extra benefit, I have good contacts in Europe especially the German market.

 Sales: Developed very good skills in cross selling along with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
