Currently I am working as a TI Engineer for the Implementation of Mobily and Zain Projects in North Region.
Key Responsibilities:
•Develop project objectives by reviewing project proposals and plans and get approval from Senior Management
•Determines project responsibilities by identifying project phases and elements
•Responsible for supervising customers by providing direction and answering operational concerns
•Manage Project Teams from Project initiation through to Project completion
•Overseeing and coordinating the day to day running of projects by assisting project manager and senior managers
•Assisting and supporting Project Manager in their daily duties

•Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress; coordinating activities; resolving problems

•Supervising Quality teams to make all the sites ready for Handover and Acceptance as per the customer standards
•Prepares project status reports by collecting and summarizing information

I was working as a wireless engineer for the installation of Mobily and Zain sites (2G, 3G and LTE)
Key Responsibilities:
•Supervision for the Installation of BTS, indoor and outdoor (Macro and Micro cell)
•Integration of 2G (900/1800) 3G and 4G (WiMax/LTE) sites and their visibility in M2000.
•Installation and Troubleshooting of Huawei GSM BTS (3900A, 3900L and 3012)
•Installation and Troubleshooting of Huawei NodeB BTS (3900A, 3900L and 3812E)
•Working on Huawei 2G and 3G Distributed Base Station DBS3900, including all its functional modules i.e. Baseband Units 3900 and Remote Radio Units.
•Working on Huawei WiMax/LTE Distributed Base Station DBS3900, including all its functional modules such as BBU3900, RRU 3702 and RRU 3232.
•Commissioning of Huawei Baseband Unit 3900 for 2G and its configuration with the boards GRFU 900, DRFU 900/1800, GTMU, UPEU, UEIU
•Commissioning of Huawei Baseband Unit 3900 for 3G and its configuration with the boards WRFU, WMPT, UPEU, UEIU
•Commissioning of Huawei Baseband Unit 3900 (FDD and TDD) for WiMax and LTE and its configuration with the boards MRFU 1800, UMPT, LMPT, BMPT, LBBI, BBBI, UPEU, UEIU
•Software up gradation for Huawei GSM, NodeB and eNodeB from older to new version

I had worked as a NOC Engineer for the monitoring of alarms of a Telenor (Telecom Operator in Pakistan) Network in North Region of Pakistan
Responsibilities:
• NOC Surveillance Initiated Fault Reporting
• 7x24x365 NOC Surveillance
• Network Event Severity Level Identification (Critical, Major and Minor )
• Escalating down sites and alarms for corrective & preventive maintenance
• Detect the alarms and dispatch them to the Regional Network Engineer team and Field team technician on spot to resolve.
• Input the alarms into the Trouble ticket system
• Monitoring the whole process of the tickets items, and closes the alarms within the SLA.
• Reminding the Engineers of solving the problems according to the different level alarms
• Submitting the daily maintenance report to Tier 2 engineer and Network Monitoring team leader
• Submit the Daily and weekly maintenance reports to the NOC Manager
