- Plan, install, configure and optimize IT infrastructures to achieve high availability and performance.
- Configuring, troubleshooting and administer IT infrastructure including servers, workstations, printers, routers, switches, CCTV, fingerprint machine, access door systems and existing Cloud-Based applications.

- Administer Active Directory, User Accounts, Policies and Security.
- Adding, removing, updating mailboxes in Email Systems.
- Installing, Managing & Maintaining IT devices (Hardware, Software & Networks).
- Technical support for all employees in four branches.
- Maintain printers & photo copiers.
- Monitoring cameras (CCTV).
- Responsible for buying IT Supplies (Hardware - Software - Software licenses).
- Controlling, Administer and troubleshooting our ERP system.
IT Assistant for all four branches (Jeddah, Madinah, Riyadh & Khobar)
- IT Technician: Installing, Managing & Maintaining IT devices \[ hardware, software, networks & servers\]
- Representing Shammakh Systems & Computer in a 4-month Service Contract with Save The Children Organization to Maintain and check all computers, printers, photo copiers & network of Save The Children Lahj office three days per week.
- Responsible for making list prices
- Also worked as Sales Assistant: Selling all IT hardware and software equipment
