• Filled the positions required for a Chinese client company ENN in China with permanent staff (5 personnel).
• Filled the positions required for a Chinese client company Xindi in China with permanent staff (5 personnel).

• Filled the positions for Kerui’s branches worldwide (local employees of each country as well as sending Chinese staff to those countries); amongst those countries were : UAE, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Russia, India, Thailand, Myanmar, Poland, Turkey, USA, Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, Peru, Ecuador, Nigeria, Egypt, Gabon, etc.
• Approximately 3-4 local employees were employed for each country and one Chinese employee was sent for each branch.
• Filled the positions for Kerui’s client companies in China, Singapore and Brazil (Chinese drilling companies), approximately 3 personnel.
• Won the Award for Best Recruiter for 2017 amongst 10 other inductees in China.
• Brought 2 staffing projects: A Chinese drilling company based in Singapore (4 contractors) and a local Chinese drilling equipment company based in Dongying, China (10 permanent Chinese staff)
• Overseeing day to day activities of recruitment, contracts and administration departments.
• Prioritizing enquiries ensuring vacancies are responded to correctly and maintaining quality of submissions

• Registered Orion Group in both federal Iraq and in the Kurdish region.
• Filled the positions needed for Orion Group’s clients; Restrata (30 local Iraqi contractors for a project with ENI), Kalegran Mol (10 local Iraqi contractors), Sarens (10 permanent Iraqi staff).
• Brought staffing projects for Orion Group such as Restrata, Kalegran Mol, Sarens
• Supervise the local staff in Basra workload, schedule and duties
• Coordinate matters related to cash salary disbursement, SIM card and phone distribution, timesheet collection; and DHL shipment to Doha.
• Correspond with finance department in Doha to make sure all timesheets has been sent to them for processing
• Ensure timely schedule for site trips to the client’s camps for timesheets collection and SIM cards/phone disbursements.
• Meet with the local and expatriate staff on regular basis to make sure any issues that might arise has been addressed
• Work with the local consultants and helps them maneuver through Air Energi payroll requirements
• Meet with the clients’ line manager if needed to address any issues and concerns of the local staff
• Report back to Country Manager all matters related to providing the logistic support to the current clients Shell and EM
Achievements:
• Registered Air Energi in the Basra government offices as a local entity.
• Filled the positions for Shell (30 local Iraqi contractors), Halliburton (20 local Iraqi contractors), Mitsubishi (2 permanent local Iraqi staff), Mitsui (1 permanent local Iraqi staff), Petronor (20 local Iraqi contractors)
