- Guiding and assisting sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for right price under best terms
- Intermediate negotiation processes, consulting clients on market conditions, prices and legal requirements
- Ensuring fair and honest dealing
- Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements etc.)
