• Key Responsibilities:

- Review work shop drawing and coordinate with all trades before submitting to consultant.
- Guarantee the proper quality of the materials, methods of execution maintain guidelines of the standards and make sure work progresses according to it.
- Review quality of all materials at the site and ensure compliance with all project specifications and quality and collaborate with the department for all material procurement and maintain a quality of materials.
- Supervise the effective implementation of all test and inspection schedules and ensure adherence to all procedures and coordinate with various teams to perform quality audits on processes.
- Assist with employees to ensure knowledge of all quality standards and ensure compliance to all quality manual and procedures and collaborate with contractors and suppliers to maintain the quality of all systems.
- Manage all work methods and maintain knowledge on all quality assurance standards and monitor continuous application for all quality assurance processes and recommend corrective actions for all processes.
- Develop a method statement for the activity including Test Plan and Checklist based on specifications of the project.
- Liaise the Technical Engineer for submission of material submittals to Consultant.
- Coordinate with the consultant’s representative and Site In-charge for inspection.
- Report to the QA/QC Manager, control, and monitor all activities related to Quality.

PROJECT

Nine hospitals for the Government of Ghana: (500 bed military hospital in Kumasi for the Ministry of Defense, two regional hospitals in Wa and Kumasi South and six district hospitals in Kumasi Manhyia, Accra Madina, Konongo Odumasi, Salaga, Twifo Praso and Tepa

I am responsible for the Mechanical work for Twifo Praso 60 bed hospital.

• Key Responsibilities:

 Manage & supervise sub-contractor for executing of Installation and operation of:

- Central air conditioning systems and ventilation (Chilled water system) including chilled water station including three air cooled chillers 150 T.R each & 3 pumps 380 GPM each with all related accessories and hookup, 55FCU, 11AHU, BMS SYSTEM AND CONTROL WORKS OF FANS AND AIR HANDLING UNITS.
- Pump station including fire protection system, Irrigation & Domestic booster pumps
- Plumping &Fire protection& Irrigation & Domestic Pipes layout & internal Networks.
- Water Treatment Plant.
- Sewage Treatment Plant.
 Maintains daily diaries of events associated with the work on site.
 Ensure implementation within agreed timescales.
 Study drawing, specification and contractual obligations, keeping abreast of all revisions.
 Ensure that work practices are compliant with policies and procedures.
 Record /input into data collection systems, produce standard reports to ensure project delivery.
 Produce weekly programs, method of statements and as built information.

 Assist the construction manager /resident engineer in preparing the monthly progress reports.
