Generating leads and turning them into opportunities for sales.
-Contacting potential customers via telephone, email and face to face.
-Working to KPI’s and revenue targets as set by the sales director.

-Analyzing and planning restaurant sales levels and profitability.

-Preparing reports at the end of the shift/week, including staff control, food control and sales.

-Coordinating the entire operation of the restaurant during scheduled shifts.
-Managing staff and providing them with feedback.
