I started working as an Customer Information Support Officer in Ajman Port and customs,
And my job Description is providing Informations and support for customer service team about all transactions and Complaints
I had been worked in the same Project (Etisalat Prestige Account) for the previous 2 years and 6 months with Raya Customer Experience Company but I Got Promoted with an External Transfer to Etisalat Company in Ajman Site To Continue work in the same Project Etisalat Prestige Account with Outsourcing Management Business Company .
I worked for Raya customer experience (Etisalat UAE Customer services ) in MS Account from Nov 2019 to Aug 2020,
And I got promoted with internal transfer to Prestige Account from Sep 2020
It's a Turkish Company and Syrian General Manager, Syrian Commercial manager, and Egyptian Financial Manager,
It's very good deal with them, Company works in manufacturing and importing filters from its factory in Turkey and my job is make deals with another companies which works in Heavy transport cars and heavy equipment spare parts
I have In my team one Secretary to help me in accounting documents and one person to customer service and three persons from stock team to help me and three persons from Sales team to complete the deal ( deliver items and get the cash )
