As the Head of Toddlers' Stage Teacher Coach, your primary responsibility is to provide guidance, support, and training to new teachers within our organization. You will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth transition and professional development of our teaching staff. Responsibilities:
New Teacher Training: Develop and implement comprehensive training programs to effectively onboard and train new teachers. Design training materials and resources that align with our organization's teaching philosophy, policies, and procedures.
Workshop Facilitation: Conduct workshops and professional development sessions for teachers, focusing on topics such as child development, classroom management techniques, age-appropriate curriculum design, and effective teaching strategies. Parent Communication: Act as a liaison between the organization and parents of toddlers. Clearly and effectively communicate our educational approach, methodologies, and program goals to parents. Address any concerns or inquiries parents may have, and provide guidance on supporting their child's learning journey at home.
Orientation for New Parents: Coordinate and facilitate orientation sessions for new parents, introducing them to our program, policies, and expectations. Provide a welcoming environment that promotes parental involvement and collaboration.
Curriculum Development: Collaborate with the curriculum team to review and enhance the existing curriculum for the toddlers' stage. Offer valuable insights and recommendations based on your expertise and observations to ensure a developmentally appropriate and engaging learning experience for our young learners.
Classroom Observation and Feedback: Conduct regular classroom observations to assess teaching practices, provide constructive feedback, and offer guidance to teachers. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth among the teaching staff.
