-Monitor & deal with over all activities for spare parts movement, availability, & inventory management in CPD & three other branches nationwide.
-Coordinate and communicate with BMW AG related to parts ordering and other operations.
-Placement of daily customer / stock parts orders to BMW AG after evaluating according to their applicability and stock availability.
-Maintaining BMW vehicles data for planned & initial stock parts ordering.
-Shuffling / distribution of parts according to branches sales trend to maintain the minimum level of inventory.
-Update database using interchangeability & availability of parts with reference to old, new & closed part numbers.
-Prepare monthly Stock Structure report for BMW and classify the parts in groups as per standard of BMW.
-In-case of, missing, wrong & damage of parts / shipment inform concern departments and submit claims to local insurance & BMW Germany.
-Pricing of parts for the retail and nationwide customer inquiries.
-Supervise cyclic count of stock & reconciliation of inventories nationwide.
-Supervise annual physical stock taking, preparation and reconciliation of inventory reports with Finance & Audit department (Internal & External).
-Supervising BMW parts costing and verification of cost charged against particular shipment.
-Supervising Month end reporting to Finance & Operation Departments.
-Ensure follow up of proper safety guidelines while dispatching & receiving of parts in all centers.
-Supervising BMW Lifestyle shops for the BMW Lifestyle items, their sale and ordering and replenishment to Nationwide.
Additional Responsibilities:
-Monitor & deal with over all activities for Mitsubishi spare parts.
-Using Mitsubishi EPC for parts verification and interchangeability and supersession.
-Parts availability check, pricing of Mitsubishi spare parts for Pakistan Army tenders.
-Placement of parts order to Mitsubishi Japan.
-Coordinate and communicate with Mitsubishi Japan, Pakistan Army Supplier, Finance and Imports Department for overall operation related to Mitsubishi spare parts.
•Ensure response on Branches enquires.
•Monitor over all activities for Spare Parts movement, availability, inventory management & sale in CPD & four other centers in different areas of country.
•Generate & keep records of Parts claim against damage & wrong supply to BMW Germany.
•Using “ORACLE & DMS (Dealer Management System)” for all activities of spare parts department.
•Carry our random physical stock taking & reconciliation of inventories with Audit & Finance department.
•Using official BMW web site for online enquiries, VIN specific options decoding, checking of stock in central ware house Germany.
•Sometimes Order the Parts through online BMW Ordering System & assist in making of Parts Order.
•Monitor over all procedure of consignment receiving & dispatching along with updating the Finance department for Cost of Parts Consignment & Imports department.
•Ensure follow up of proper safety guidelines while dispatching & receiving in all centers.
•Costing of Parts after receiving the Cost of Consignment.
•Receiving of Parts consignment in Inventory System. (Inventory management system).
•Generate the Sales Invoice, Sales Return Invoice, Stock Transfer & Stock Transfer Return Invoices.
•Make the monthly Reports related to Parts Issuance & Purchase.
•Follow up to ensure timely submission of Branches monthly reports to the Finance Department.
•Make the report of Profit & Loss.
•Reconciliation of nationwide Parts Inventory reports on monthly basis.
•Reconciliation of Stock Transfer reports with Branches Receiving reports.
Carried out the system transaction related to the Sales Invoices, Sales Return Invoices, Stock Transfer and Stock Transfer Return Invoices in Dealer Management system.
-Preparation of pending cost sheets report & follow-up with Finance to ensure receiving of shipments cost sheets on time.
-Preparation of TT (Telegraphic Transfer) report of received airfreight / sea freight consignments.
Ensure physical checking of consignments, Binning of parts and noting of parts location.
-Preparation of Receiving slips after consignments receiving.
-Preparation of Picking slip & invoice of parts on issuance.
-Preparation of Dispatch Note on dispatching of parts.
-Coordinate with courier companies for the shipment pickups.
