Key Achievements:
• Restructured the Motor City multi-brand auto business, directly managed the business in the transformation phase, and developed a strategic five-year growth plan.
• Led negotiations to acquire five major new brands (including McLaren and Peugeot) and established new business channels.
• Led business diversification efforts (three new venture capital and JV projects worth 45 MUSD).
• Set and managed annual budgets for all profit- and cost centers of the group.
• Increased aftersales productivity by 45% overall.
• Led implementation of VAT across all businesses and a workforce rightsizing initiative.

Intensified overall relations with suppliers in Europe, Asia, and North America. Increased the tire business by 80%.

• Established the daughter company of Fouad Alghanim and entered into a Joint Venture with BERNER of Germany for Kuwait and the UAE.
• Built-up a functioning company just within 18 months and achieved the highest sales turnover per head amongst all BERNER country organizations.
