-Pricing of parts for the retail and nationwide customer inquiries.
-Supervise cyclic count of stock & reconciliation of inventories nationwide.
-Supervise annual physical stock taking, preparation and reconciliation of inventory reports with Finance & Audit department (Internal & External).
-Supervising BMW parts costing and verification of cost charged against particular shipment.
-Supervising Month end reporting to Finance & Operation Departments.
-Ensure follow up of proper safety guidelines while dispatching & receiving of parts in all centers.
-Supervising BMW Lifestyle shops for the BMW Lifestyle items, their sale and ordering and replenishment to Nationwide.

-Using Mitsubishi EPC for parts verification and interchangeability and supersession.
