Site supervision during construction phase
• Acquiring suitable properties for La Poire, Beano’s café and On the run and provide an internal property consultancy service.
• Collaborated with designers, contractors and other technical specialists to prepare project plan.
• Analyzed project needs and recommend upgrades to upper management.
• Complied with legal regulations and other codes and policies to run retail project appropriately.
• Coordinate with Brand Managers, advising them on property developments and markets in order to establish property requirements for each brand.
• Review plans, draws, contracts, and other documents to ensure accuracy, clarity, and quality.

Make cold calls to all prospective clients in order to inform them of new products they may be
interested in, deals and specific product details.
Inform customers about current promotions and sales.
Track sales progress and business development strategy results using CRM software.
Working on feasibility studies to calculate the investment rates.
Present product sales presentations to potential customers.
Landscaping
• Create detailed 3D drawings and computer-aided designs (CAD) showing proposed construction and finishes.
• Direct architectural landscape meetings to ensure client’s needs were met.
• Present design plans and estimated budget to client and revised design plan using client’s feedback.
• Finalize design plan and specified materials, finishes, lighting and flooring needed.
