• Focal point in managing multi-million dollar asset integrity management
contracts with different clients.
• Performed a comprehensive spares optimization study for a new gas
plant in Iraq that helped save the client more than 650k USD
• Provide timely reports to the client as required, with project status
updates, monthly inspection plans, anomalies and budget projections.
• Development of project strategy documentation
• Facilitate and run various risk assessment workshops with the client
• Review, assessment and update of integrity management and inspection
data for pressure systems, pipelines and structures
• Perform effective review of inspection data, results trending and remnant
life assessments
• Perform fitness-for service assessments and provide recommendations
for repair and replacement methodologies. Carryout root cause analysis
and failure investigation on systems or equipment whenever required.

• Prepared various inspection scopes & Written Schemes of Examination
for all the vessels & corrosion circuits of new gas plant
• Manage inspection plan & liaise subcontractor day to day activities.
• Ensure the effective application of new techniques, technologies and use
of specialist NDT contractor to limit
• Audit the inspection team on compliance to international standards and
procedures.
Location: Musandam, Sultanate of Oman
• Managed the asset integrity & corrosion management contract for the
only two offshore platforms in Oman (Block-8).
• Prepared multi-million dollar scope for pipelines inline & subsea
inspection campaign and supported management of the entire project
• Carried out analysis on subsea inspection results and conducted studies
to optimize the rectification scope reducing the cost by 60%
• Worked with the software team on the design & development and roll
out of new anomaly management software (Veracity Anomaly)
• Created, updated and maintained databases for maintenance, repairs &
inspections and was responsible for inspection scheduling & planning
• Responsible for monthly, quarterly and annual reporting of clients'
performance with respect to a defined set of KPIs
• Monitoring Safety Critical Equipment (SCE) maintenance & preparation
of periodic reports & presentations
