• Achieve the Sales targets in the designated areas.
• Manage Sales, Service and spare parts departments in the designated areas.
• Year Over Year growth in Sales and Profits.
• Manage and plan power projects installation and delivery.
• Prepare annual budget and forecast.
• Manage, plan and monitor stock and supply chain.
• Prepare sales reports, and KPIs.
• Manage the relationship with suppliers and products portfolio.
• Build strong relations with suppliers and handling the contact with them, as well as discussing partnership contract.
• Support team for Projects handling and discussions (Technical + Commercial)
• Build, Manage and develop sales team.
• Brand Marketing and awareness.
• Rental business handling in the designated areas.
• Build large customers database and strong relations with customers including (EPCs, contractors, consultants, and end users).
• Maintain good relation with new & previous customers and Manage previously running projects.
• Focus on opening new accounts and find new clients.
• Handle products registration at Ministries, Authorities and Consultants.
• Build company reputation.
