Handling the procurement & purchasing process (engineering & contracting fields,
(infra, building, mega malls (plazas), factories) all turnkey projects technical &
financial) from End to End according to PMP and CIPS standards.
• Help organization to ensure that they have the right resources at the right time, in
the right quantity, and at the right price to meet their operational needs and
strategic objectives while also ensuring compliance with legal and ethical
standards.

•Pricing, study, analyze & releasing purchase orders or contracts for different materials & services comparing tobudget regarding EPC projects.
•Involved in different projects for example regarding MEP ex (medium - low voltage electric network - OHTL) in infra-structure & building EPC projects regarding different items.
•Analyze all suppliers in order to select the most suitable suppliers who are able to deliver high quality products at competitive pricing.
•Negotiate with suppliers on lead-time, cost and quality so as to obtain the maximum benefit for the company.
•Manage suppliers to meet objectives related to cost, delivery performance, schedule and quality.
•Develop purchasing or sourcing strategies based on portfolio analyses and supplier preferencing study.
•Define and maintain documented category and supplier strategies using market and competitive data.
•Liaise with suppliers on delivery schedule so as to ensure on-time deliveries of final product.
•Develop, implement and drive the procurement strategies in order to meet costsavings targets.
• Review and manage the supplier base to ensure consistency with the sourcing
strategy.
• Perform regular performance review with suppliers to drive continuous
improvements.
• Create monthly performance reviews and reports focusing on overall sourcing
requirements.
• Ensure commercial, legal and contractual compliances in all the procurement
transactions.
• Adopt appropriate supplier management methodologies and procurement
strategies in purchasing to secure better prices.
• Train team on effective procurement processes and strategy.
• Coordinate with vendor on continuous quality improvement.
Managing and execute telecommunication projects "2G, 3G, IPRAN & Dual Stack
new, Expansions & swap sites all over Egypt for Ericsson and Huawei vendors from
E2E path over the whole network ( backhaul & access).
• Creating and troubleshooting E2E TX path using a various TX systems (Ericsson,
Huawei, Alcatel & SIAE ).
• Very good knowledge and troubleshooting experience of TX equipment (Tellabs
8660/8630/6340/6350/8100, Ericsson traffic nodes (TN's), compact nodes (CN'S),
Alcatel, ADMs, SIAE PDH equipment’s ( ALC, ALC+, ALC+2 & ALC+2E) and Huawei
RTN equipment’s).
• Very good knowledge and troubleshooting experience of 2G & 3G systems (ATM &
Ethernet).
• (DXX manager, IPTNMS, SOEM, Alcatel NMS, SIAE NMS, OSS, M2000 & U2000).
• Planning & executing all kinds of TX- implementation activities & cutovers (link
upgrades, links swaps, solving Los problems, ).
• Very good knowledge in SDH/PDH, ATM, IP & MPLS technologies.
• Auditing the E2E transmission path & managing the load balancing & shortest path
and resources savings for the complete transmission path.
• Team member player in many TX projects ( Ex. HSDPA sites 2014, Network
availability enhancement project 2013/2014, Alex- North cost & Upper, Giza
2013/2014/2015, Swap Mega projects in Cairo & Giza 2014/15 swapping all
network equipment’s all over the network from Ericsson to Huawei).
• Good knowledge of working on BMC Remedy system.
