• Worked as a web developer for 3 years on 2 different web applications, mainly dealing with training and education management perspective.

• Taken the role of managing a complete virtual based office. I was responsible of collaborating different development efforts from all over the world, ensuring standard compliance, tight schedules and constant task delivery.

• I have been a supervisor for college internships for 2 years in a row. During each internship, I focused on the following points:

o Enhancing the practical side of their education
o Stressing on some points related to market needs
o Developing and integrating different tools to form a solid infrastructure that all interns could benefit from and build on in the future
o Allocating interns to a segment of interest relative to their background, his assessment results and personal skills. Interns are always encouraged to choose their own and make the best out of it
o Running simulations of different project life cycles, covering different phases in brief
o Enrolling in practical activities related to certain phases in that life cycle in a shared collaborative environment
o Testing software from different aspects, and documenting findings in a standard based format that developers could relate to and archiving process could follow
