Act as a primary point of contact with other offices, individuals, and external universities, and with the ministry of higher education
Organize meetings, conferences, and university events, and manage coordination for dates and times, attendance, and agendas.
Organize and maintain all files and records (hardcopy or database) for the Office of Student Affairs and Admissions
Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, and prepare responses as appropriate.
Collect regular photos, videos, s and written content for use on the university website and social media. Maintain and updated media content on University of Bahri Social media platforms in both Arabic and English
Monitor for mentions of University of Bahri on social media, and report to supervisor on problematic mentions
