7. Discussing and solving all the Electrical field problems to the responsible Foreman.
8. Insure that works are carried out in accordance with the approved method of statement and in a safe work environment
9. Flow the daily Performance of the Electrical Team and solve the weakness Points on the team.
10. Do the testing and commissioning of the installed System.
11. Prepare the as build drawings.

•Direct Supervising to the estimation of cable route diagrams.
•Direct Managing to the cable pulling teams and Junction Boxes termination Technicians.

•Responsible to ensure the correct implementation of the project quality plan and quality procedures and productivity related to all electrical works in accordance with program of work on site.
•Ensure that project components are installed in the prefect way As per Sudanese Electricity Transmission company standard as a consultancy company and Client Plan.
•Ensure safe work environments, control the use of material and avoid damages and waste, request material, tools and equipment needed for the projects and issue the foreman daily instructions as per the work plan.
•Monitoring the daily, weekly & monthly progress.
•Conforms to all the operations are done in strict compliance with department safety rules and regulations, giving priority to safety and security.
