• Develops a fully detailed project schedule using Primavera Project Management P6 loaded with resources (i.e. manpower, Material and equipment) and incorporates project budget to forecast cash flow requirements
• Monitors and controls progress of work.
• Preparation the Contractors (Daily, weekly & monthly) reports Forms.
• Prepares periodic report to the client / Program management, which may include but not limited to weekly report, monthly report.

• Ensures that correct scope of work is reflected to the project schedule.
• Analysis and incorporates interdisciplinary schedule requirements to establish logical work sequences.
• Regularly updates the overall programs in weekly basis and notify Project Manager regarding the actual
progress against planned schedule.
Monitors and controls progress of work in terms of:
Physical progress;
Earned-Value Management Technique;
Procurement of materials and equipment;
Schedule of works;
Identification of critical paths and restraints to analyse effect of changes on the schedule and recommends
solutions to Mitigate impacts.
Prepares periodic report to the client / project management, which may include but not limited to weekly
report, monthly report,
Project monthly summary or any other form of reporting required from time to time.
• Responds to time analysis on the occurrence of a particular event, which leads to delayed progress of works
or time for
Completion as a consequence, via Claim for an EOT (Extension of Time for Completion).
• Issues necessary programme to sub-contractors on site and ensures that their activities are kept in line with
contract
Requirements with optimum interrelations with other activities of the project.
