Develop, lead and execute all sourcing-related functions, due
diligence, assessments, RFP, Contract negotiations and
vendor management.
Processes requisitions into procurement instruments for the
acquisition of Consumables, Capital Equipment's,
Maintenance-Repair-Operating supplies and services using
Oracle JD Edwards.
Development of Consultants, Contractors list, perform prequalification
as required and development of bidders list as
per contract package.
Preparation and issuance of Invitation to bid documents.
Receipt, review and evaluation of submitted of
prequalification and bid documents.
Prepare contract award recommendation based on
evaluation report and letter of Award.
Review contracts and recommend legal team for any
additional clauses or terms to be included.
Contract document preparation and issuance to Contracting
parties for signature.
Review and evaluation of progress payment claims.
Maintain and ensure completeness of all project related
contractual and commercial records.

• Analyzing technical data, designs, preliminary specifications, supplier facilities, and availability of parts and equipment.
• Interviews supplier representatives regarding specifications, costs, inspection, and similar problems relating to parts and equipment.
• Consults with engineering personnel to establish performance criteria and specifications for manufacturing and testing.
• To prepare and issue requests for quotations, Purchase orders & contracts to qualified vendors as per company approved vendor list.
• Lead supplier selection, RFQ and RFI process, negotiation, contracts and supplier performance processes including managing critical sourcing & supplier key performance indicators
