Responsibilities:
Technical Assistance to Team
Meetings with Customer
Technical Analysis on troubles raised in NOC
Periodic Network Auditing
Software Up gradation or Degradation
Escalation to Tier 3 or to Vendor when required and Follow-up.
Ensure the job tasks are carried out in accordance to the SLA (Service Level Agreement) and KPI (Key Performance Indicator)
Prepare restoration plan in the event of critical incident

Responsibilities
o Support the Vendor Equipment, and work closing with your Team Leader.
o Proper coordination with other shifts and insures handing over of bending problems/outages/MDT
o Provide technical support to field technicians and coordinate with the On-Call system engineer
o Escalate blocking and abnormal cases to Team Leaders and Section Manager via SMS or Email or Phone on time
o After making sure that all possible actions are taken and agreed process was applied correctly on related TT.
o Close check to the provide RTTS macros and take action as per their priorities.
o Proper coordination with different departments and provide full details related to the issue.
