Manage end to end delivery of enterprise infrastructure projects from requirement gathering to BAU handover, oversee solution design, build, implementation, testing and handover through Change control into day to day operations. Managing all stages of project life cycle by:

• Gathering business, functional and technical requirements to properly scope the project
• Managing progressive elaboration of design form all stage gates including Concept Design, High Level Design and Detail design
• Ensuing design traceability with requirements
• Liaising with technical review board and other stake holders including operations, security and project sponsors to signoff Detail Design and implementation Plan
• Ensuring solution progressively implemented and tested in lower domains before implemented in production and pilot rollout before Go live
• Ensuring the implementation quality as per quality matrix and signoff from quality manager
• Seeking endorsement from Change Control before implementing solution in any domain
• Collaborating with BAU for preparation and hand over of new services to BAU
• Ensuring user acceptance testing before releasing the new services in production
• Ensuring after life support for appropriate period

Working for Australian Tax Office account & managing delivery of projects including; Email integration, Remedy upgrade, Self Admin, Biztalk, Performance Management Framework, ADDM, CMBD, Microsoft SharePoint 2013, Data Centre Migration, Server Refresh& Virtualization & Cluster (Virtual) data Storage solution, Virtual Desktops Infrastructure (VDI) and Enterprise Security Hardening for 33000 windows login accounts.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain project plans and schedules to the required level of detail, including all interfaces dependencies, and drivers to other projects.
• Manage project from requirement gathering to BAU handover and oversee solution Design, Build, Implementation and testing
• Chair Project Meetings and ensure minutes and actions are issued
• Manage Project Sponsors and other stakeholders from diverse business areas
• Identify risks and potential issues at an early stage and to be highly competent in bringing these to resolution
• Work collaboratively with supply chain in raising requests for quotations, reviewing vendor's responses and negotiating contract
• Manage project resourcing requirements, project budgets, project quality, scope and timelines
• Establish and maintain effective networks, relationships and cross-functional communication channels with and between Global stakeholders
• Review project reports and conduct detailed analyses of results and report on variances from budget & schedule baseline forecast and highlight significant items
Major Achievements
• Successfully deliver remedy upgrade projects by achieving projects objectives of service improvements and cost savings of remedy modules including change management, Incident management, problem management and service request management
• Through Performance Management Framework, project successfully deliver the Greenfield solution for ATO to monitor and gauge the performances of its three IT service providers in line with their respective contracts
• Align the Australian Taxation Office windows complex password policy as per AISM (Australian Government Information Security Manual) standards. Successfully implemented across 33, 000 end-users including Admin, User and Service Accounts
• Server, Network and storage refresh of 15 ATO sites with successful migration of users profiles and services (file, print, share and exchange) on to new server infrastructure without Incident
• Replaced project manager in execution phase of data centre migration project in three weeks turned the Amber project in to Green
• Successfully managed and delivered multiple concurrent projects at any given time in multivendor environment on ATO account. Moreover established fruitful working relationship with multiple subcontractors and suppliers.

• Developed Greenfield SharePoint site for Keystone Food Australia. Worked in virtual team environment with developers based in USA. Due to time difference worked during non-business hours with team of developers to successfully deliver the project
• Successfully migrated 5000 mailboxes from Micro Soft Exchange 2003 to Micro Soft Exchange 2010 without losing user's data
• Site decommissioning of 300 users with only one week notice period.
