-الاشراف على التنفيذ والتشغيل والتاكد من عمل النظام كما هو مطلوب قبل الاستلام من الشركة

تحليل البيانات الخاصة بالمشروع
-لتوفير الاحتياجات اللازمة .
-تقديم الدعم الفني لكافة المواقع في اسرع وقت ممكن و إجراء عمليات الصيانة الوقائية والدورية.
-اعداد التقارير الخاصة بالمشروع.
-تنفيذ الاعمال المطلوبة من قبل الادارة بالتنسيق مع إدارة الحاسب الآلي تشمل الصيانة والدعم الفني .
-عمل تقارير كاملة لكل موقع و تقديم الاقتراحات عند الحاجة لتحديث الأنظمة المستخدمة.

 Microsoft windows networking technologies.
 Windows Clients (2000/XP/Vista/Win7) and Servers (2000/2003 R2/2008 R2.
 MS Office (2003/2007/2010).
 Set up group policies and network security.
 Use of remote software applications, RDC, Team Viewer, VNC, SSH.
 Excellent in Microsoft office, Maintenance hardware and software for pc.

1. Provide assistance and training to staff on information systems as necessary including
document management system, CRM database and other systems
2. Provide assistance and training to staff on remote access and remote
troubleshooting
3. Create instructions for new enhancements to be distributed to employees and
organize systems trainings (both local and remote) for internal and external users
4. Troubleshoot end user hardware and software issues
5. Perform installations, repairs, and preventative maintenance on staff computers
B. Computer Systems Maintenance
1. Perform system upgrades as necessary for software and hardware related
components as needed
2. Perform light administrative duties on network servers
3. Monitor backup procedures and perform occasional recoveries to ensure backup
integrity
4. Assist with contacting vendors and service providers of IT equipment and
supplies for efficient and effective office operations
