Now, I am the Art and Creative Team Manager at B•TECH
Reporting to corporate marketing director

After joining B•TECH in 2009, the main challenge was to build the art, creative team which would perform as an internal advertising agency.

Afterwards B•TECH cancelled deals with external Advertising agencies as the art and creative team consists of 13 members:

Art and Creative Team Manager.
Creative Copywriter.
Desktop Publishing and Graphic Communication Section Head.
Branding and Visual Communication Section Head.
Multimedia Section Head (Motion graphic artist).
Digital Visual Communication Section Head.
Photographer and Video Editor.
Motion graphic artist
2 Web and UI Designers.
And 3 Graphic Designers.

And in 2014, we intended to establish a training program for fresh graduates to work rotationally in B•TECH as freelancers for 3 months.

The Job Description (Main elements):

Producing innovative and creative ideas for the visual elements of campaigns in all kinds of media, including:
D.T.P. (desktop publishing), Motion graphics and video production, In-store visuals, Photography, Internet and digital marketing, Radio and television & Direct mail.

• Leading & briefing other members of the creative team.
• Development / implementation and control of brand Image consistency.
• Corporate brand materials & presentations creation & update.
• Create seasonal themes and campaigns for corporate, retail, brands & HR activities.
• Assure brand image compliance.
• Leverage communication tools feedback.
• Enhancement of message used on internal & external campaigns.
• Producing sketches or storyboards or 'draft' to communicate ideas.
