The project includes is the con*struction of Nine Pre-engineered Humidity con*trolled insulated storage warehouses with roof mounted ex*haust fans, fire detection and suppression systems, an intrusion detection system installation, interior communication systems and vehicle hardstand area. Supporting facilities include utilities (elec*trical, water, sewer); extension of main electrical distribution system; exterior security lighting; wa*ter storage tank with fire pumps; storm drainage; vehicle access drives; gravel surface areas; fencing; signage and exterior communication systems.

Army Prepositioned Stocks Facilities (APS-5 Power Plant) Camp Arifjan, Kuwait: Working on this $7 million project includes the design-build of a 6 megawatts prime power plant and switchgear building to support the new ware*houses and future works on the Arifjan air base.

FY08/ FY11 US Navy Milcon Program, Bahrain: Total cost of these two projects is $ 85 million. This is a part of US NAVY projects in Bahrain (Total Value 580 Million USD). I have worked in both of these project as a Senior MEP Engineer. I had worked for the complete mechanical work which includes utilities (Sewer, Chilled Water, Sweet Water, Storm Drainage, Lift Stations), Building MEP work (HVAC, Fire protection, Domestic Water, , District cooling, Chillers, Pumps, Cooling Towers, etc.).

Employed as a Quality Control Mechanical Engineer/ Site Engineer in an American based large construction company Contrack International Incorporated (CII) on a various design and build projects in Afghanistan under the consultancy of U.S.Army Corps of Engineers. The projects were the renovation and new build of the Afghan National Army military training centres and includes classrooms, barracks, administration buildings, arms rooms, power plant, water plant, waste water plant, aviation fuel system and full new utilities and infrastructures.

1)TTOF AND FUEL FARM (PHASE 1 AND 2), BAGRAM: This is a $ 60 Million USACE project. This project includes the execution and installation of whole aviation fuel system (JP-8 and DP-2) from offloading (6 offloads and 4 fill stand) to 200 mm and 300 mm separate transfer fuel lines for both JP-8 and DP-2 fuels to 2 underground fuel storage tanks (30, 000 Gallon each), welded aboveground storage tanks (10, 000 BBL), and 4 underground cut and cover tanks (250, 000Gallon each) .For this project I specially got training from the US Air Force prime contractor, BAY Associates in USA. All mechanical- related military design criteria, equipment and components have been followed with this design project.
•Fabrication and installation of 6 offloading station of 10, 000 gallon capacity JP-8 tanker trucks.
•Fabrication and installation of 4 fill stand (2 TTOF and 2 South FF) to fill the US Army JP-8 trucks.
•Installation of two (2) 30, 000 gallon capacity underground drop tanks.
•Fabrication and installation of 200 mm and 300 mm carbon steel separate transfer fuel line for both JP-8 and DP-2. (Total pipe laying: 12, 000 Meter.)
•Fabrication and erection of 10, 000 BBL capacity, API 650 welded above ground JP-8 storage tank and four 250, 000 gallons welded cut and cover tanks.
•Installation of fuel receipt skid (1200 GPM, API1581 vertical style filter separator), issue pump skid (600 GPM vertical inline centrifugal pumps) and issue filtration skid (600 GPM, API 1581 filter separators.
•Fabrication and installation of various pipe loops in the skid room.

2) ANA QALAT, AFGHANISTAN: In this project I worked as a Warranty Engineer for the USACE in QALAT and looking for all warranty Civil, Mechanical and Electrical issues.

3) ANA REGIONAL HOSPITAL, KANDHAR: It's $12 Million USACE project. During the job my work was MEP site Engineer, for all plumbing works, Domestic water pipe line, plumbing fixtures, Sewer pipe line, Fire protection work (Sprinkler System), Fire Pump room, Oxygen Gas pipe line, Building Exhaust system, Installation and commissioning of Central Air Condition system

4) AMMUNITION SUPPLY POINT, KANDHAR: It’s a $ 18 Million USACE project. During the project, I worked for all Mechanical Quality Control activities such as Plumbing, HVAC, Pump Building.

5) ENTRY CONTROL POINT, BAGRAM: It’s $ 16 Million USACE project. This project is for controlling the unauthorized vehicles to enter in the US army base area. During the job, I was looking for all plumbing works, Sewer pipe line, Construction of roofs, fabrication of 3 kilo-meter long fuel pipe line, Erection of water tank, connection of water tank to the Booster pump station.

6) ANA Project, HERAT: It’s a $78 Million USACE Project. During the job I worked over,
•Water System ( Erection of multi-story bolted water tank, Booster Pump Station, Connection of various pipe line of Water Tank to the Booster pump station and with the water distribution pipe line.)
•Fuel System ( Installation of 1356KVA generators, Installation of bulk fuel tanks (25, 000 gallon each) & day tanks(1000 gallon each), Connection of fuel pipe line from bulk tanks to the day tanks and day tanks to the generators, fabrication of air exhaust system of Power Plant, Insulation of fuel pipe line.)
•Waste Water System (Installation of Pumps, Connection of pipe lines with-in the various ponds and all utilities to the waste water plant.)
•I also worked for all plumbing works, water pipe line, Sewer line, Fire Protection work (Sprinkler System), copper pipe line for domestic water.
•Fabrication, erection, hydro-testing and pneumatic testing of process piping.
•Installation and commissioning of HVAC system, Exhaust system, TAB, etc.
