Overseing all Human Resources Functions of the Organization and working closely with the MD on
policy procurement budget planning and staffing
Making yearly performance appraisal for all departments
Coordinates the Team of Internal Quality control with performance in conformity with HR Best practise
Developing effective performance management process that supports employees performance
development and success by engaging the senior executives, heads of department and employees.
Creating a clear job description for every employees and clearly communicate what they are
responsible for as part of new performance management Process.
Ensuring an equal opportunity based performance evaluation and reward system for employee.
Ensure at all levels across organization, the P.A time table is adhere to as well as communicating and
documenting the records to all concerned person.
Identify training need in employee to improve their Job Performance/Rating
Taking regular check in with employee on their progress on goals and offer training and assistance or
revise goals and expectation when necessary.
Reporting to the E.D Human resources and staff matters
Creating a Data base for all company document
Indexing and QC all document
