Ensure at all levels across organization, the P.A time table is adhere to as well as communicating and
documenting the records to all concerned person.
Identify training need in employee to improve their Job Performance/Rating
Taking regular check in with employee on their progress on goals and offer training and assistance or
revise goals and expectation when necessary.
Reporting to the E.D Human resources and staff matters
