• Proffer technical clarifications at project kick off meetings with the client
• Confirm fulfilment of technical dependencies by the client
• Perform pre-project activities including: site inspection, systems assessment, implementation workshop, product training

• Tracking project deliverables using appropriate tools.
• Initiating and implementing new programs and projects that will drive the expansion program of the organization
• Sourcing for international and local sponsorship for the organizations programs and projects
• Identifying and developing multilateral partnership for UNITeS Cisco Networking Academy Project.

• Providing detailed information on new products to customers
• Approaching customers and helping them with their needs and enquiries.
• Assisting the management team in maximising the stores sales and profitability.
• Maintain proper inventory controls and maintaining compliance with store standards
• Assisting in the training of new staff and also processing payments of various kinds, including cash, cheques, credit cards and gift cards

• Installation and Configuration of new Applications on client’s site
• Troubleshoot issues clients have using the SWIFT Application.
• SWIFT Local Support Quarterly Proactive visits for all Banks.

• Creating Budgets using Great Plains and also creating and preparing status reports
