• Preparation of Monthly & Annual Flexible budget & Comparison with actual.
• Month-end closing in SAP & Handling day to day costing issues on Plant Level.
• Material Reconciliation (WIP, Key stores & Vendor items etc.) and its variance analysis
• Preparing, Analysing Manufacturing Expenses Statement for all Plants on daily Basis.
• Maintaining Department wise/Line Wise salary & Wages report
• Identifying and allocation of all consumables/Spare items to respective LINE.
• Analysis report of consumable issuance & Control on Consumable Cost.
• Continuously working on improving costing system to make it a reliable and authentic decision making part of the company.
• Reporting to CFO/Finance Head & CEO
• Preparation of Monthly Costing P & L of Rolling mill process.
• Preparation of Monthly/Quarterly Product Costing Report
• Monthly Rolling Mill Wise process cost & Product cost Sheet preparation.
• Prepare actual manpower v/s standard manpower cost in monthly presentation.
• Monthly overhead allocation/analysis & Checking material movement and monthly material balancing
• Preparation of Monthly Stock Valuation Report.
• Preparation of the daily Rolling mill Cost Sheet report (Product Wise & Mill Wise) and analysis on a daily basis.
• Preparation of Daily Stock ageing report/Action Plan & Monitor daily inventory such as RM, WIP & FG and compare against standard norms.
• check daily furnace oil consumption & machine wise power unit consumption per MT against norms
• Internal Audit of Purchase of RM Scrap (Domestic & Import)
• Internal Audit of Costing Dept.
• To ensure completion of Cost audit & Cost compliance report.
• Making Monthly Product Costing Reports.
• Standard costing & Preparing Variance Analysis Statement for each month & reviewing with responsible person for material usage variance.
• Monthly Stock Audit & Variance Analysis Actual V/s System Stock.
• Preparing 1 to 5 statements for RM consumption Press Shop /Mould Shop/ FG
• Preparation of VAD/MAP Statement at each end of Month.
• Preparation of PRESS & MOULD MIS Statement at each end of Quarter.
• As per AS-2 Inventory cost valuation covering raw materials, packing materials, semi-finished products, finished products and stores &spares Ensure control of inventory master data
• Support preparation of annual cost budget reporting of production and production cost data for Budget on Quarterly Basis.
• Compilation of MIS Report. Budget & Budgetary control.
• Overhead Allocation To various departments.
• Raw Material Variance Analysis Actual Consumption V/s System Consumption, Working on standard BOM in SAP. Ensuring BOM & Cost Cards.
• Calculating Cost impact due to change in BOM.(Actual verification)
• Taxation, Excise, Custom, MAVT.
• Customer costing& working of POAM Quarterly/Half Yearly. Periodically updating Customer wise SALE RATE.
• Marginal Costing (Make or Buy Decision)
• Construct break even points for products and margin calculations.
• Preparation of monthly Performance Report, Product/Customer wise sales Report & RM consumption Report.
• Prepare various standardized management reports on cost data
• Support to Account Department time to time for various type of work which result smooth working in Accounting
