• Working in a large industrial container port with 600 employees while following all health and safety rules and regulations.
• Maintaining & Managing the Cisco switches and routers, (fiber networks, VLANS, load balancing, redundancy, performance monitoring)

• Client End user support (repair, install, upgrade, and maintain desktop and notebook computers as well as printers and scanners in a Win 2000, Win XP, Win 7 hybrid environment)
• Works closely with end-users, procurement, and managers to define business problems, desktop needs of departments and solutions and provide more efficient support.
• Designed, Proposed and implemented WiFi project to supply an internet hotspot system to resell to U.S. Navy vessels docked at the port.
• Working closely with multiple vendors to supply APMT with cost effective hardware, that satisfies company requirements.
• Maintaining & Managing Active Directory user accounts, access rights, OU’s, mailboxes etc.
Miracle Graphics (Manama, Bahrain): (November 2004- Feb 2007)
• IT specialist: Maintaining/Managing all Miracle's Internal Network, Hardware and Software needs. Part of the Founding team of Miracle's Digital Asset Management implementation in Bahrain. Windows, Mac, Linux hybrid environment, including wireless connectivity between different Miracle branches.
Island Group (Manama, Bahrain): (October 03-July 04)
• Setup and maintained a 50 PC network with 3 Servers including DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, Exchange Server, Security. As well as Digital based Security Camera System with Streaming technology (including all cabling, crimping and routing)
