▪ Prepared direct grant frames and supported the potential beneficiary institutions, which worth more than €100 million about OSH, Childcare, Women Employment, Vocational Education.
▪ Developed the business and operational requirements documents preparation for more than 10 service and supply provision components, purchases from suppliers and consultation firms. The total budget of €30 million.
▪ Conducted data analysis and background reporting of EU IPA Human Resources Program of Turkey (HRD SOP) 2014 - 2020.
▪ Organized brown bag meetings, and gave seminars to various public institutions, labour unions, international organisations about the new Sectoral Operation Programme, operation preparation, proposals, funding options and priorities.
▪ Managed the accounting system and financial aspects of IPA program closure, and executed financial audits and inspections of International and National Court of Auditors.
▪ Created and verified the financial plans and implementations of more than 20 projects within various grant programmes (LLL-II, PRE-II, ISEDEP, VOC_TEST).

Being young entrepreneurs, I, with my 2 friends from the university started this company.
It was an international trade company focusing on electronics and office goods.
I was an intern in Eczacibasi. I was mainly focused on stocks brokerage and movement of option markets.
Eczacibasi is one of the leading invesntment firms in Turkey.
I was responsible to prepare the course materials and exams related to Financial Markets (recitation) . I also gave lectures for 2 hours a week for 4 months
I worked in R&D Department of Istanbul Stock Exchance.
I wrote a paper about the performance of USA bonds market. Because of my fresh knowledge on econometrics, even being a trainee I supported the department to develop an econometrics model to be presented to Capital Markets Board of Turkey.
I funded my studies with a scholarship from EU Commission's Jean Monnet Program. This master program is provided by International Labour Organisation and University of Torino jointly. My thesis is about social dialogue, practices of related ILO standards in Turkey with regards to progress towards the EU Membership.
I will extend the study further two years on law after the graduation.

Following the graduation I was awarded Scholarship of Success from Netherlands, Tilburg University for master degrees. I wrote research papers on public finance, trade, econometrics and labour economics. Middle East Technical University requires success, briefly in the fields: Theory of Micro and Macro Economics Theory of Public Finance and Monetary Policies Calculus, Mathematics Statistics, Econometrics
